About the University

Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth (SBV), located in Puducherry, was established in 2008 as a Deemed-to-be University under Section 3 of the UGC Act. Founded by Sri Balaji Educational and Charitable Public Trust, SBV focuses on medical and health sciences education.

Accreditation and Affiliations: SBV is accredited by NAAC with an 'A++' grade. Its constituent colleges are recognized by statutory bodies like the National Medical Commission (NMC), Dental Council of India (DCI), and Indian Nursing Council (INC).
